Full Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Minding Ur Business. By hiring us for web design services or purchasing any of our products/services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Project Deposit & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required before any web design work begins.

• The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the website.

• Payment is considered complete once the final balance is received in full.

2. Edits & Revisions

• Each web design project includes up to three (3) edits/revisions after the site has been completed.

• Additional edits or revisions beyond the included three may incur extra fees.

3. Website Accessibility & Late Payment

• If the final balance is not paid within 24 hours of project completion, the website will become temporarily inaccessible until payment is received in full.

• Minding Ur Business reserves the right to withhold access, hosting, or launch of the website until all balances are cleared.

4. Other Services & Products

• All other services and products (outside of web design) are payable in full at the time of request.

• Work or delivery of goods will not begin until payment has been received.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing all required content (text, images, branding assets, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

• All provided content must be legally owned or properly licensed by the client.

6. Ownership & Rights

• Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and files transfers to the client.

• Until the balance is paid in full, all materials remain the property of Minding Ur Business.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
